OUR ITINERARY

Day 1 Fri: Launceston

On arrival at Launceston Airport you will be met by your Tour Director (flights to arrive prior to 1.00pm). This afternoon enjoy an orientation tour of Launceston then travel to the Bay of Fires Winery in the Tamar Valley where you will enjoy a wine tutorial and tasting.
Accommodation: Sandor's On The Park, Launceston.

Day 2 Sat: Freycinet National Park

See the Swiss Village of Grindelwald then travel to the East Coast and view magnificent scenery around the Weldborough Pass. Continue to Freycinet National Park to visit the Interpretation Centre, then enjoy a Ranger led walk along the boardwalk.

Day 3 Sun: Port Arthur/Hobart

We continue south for spectacular views of Maria Island and along the Tasman Peninsula to the Port Arthur Historic Site, Australia's most infamous convict prison. At the Interpretation Gallery play the 'Lottery of Life' and follow the journey of a convict to see what fate lies ahead. Join a guided walking tour of the grounds and ruins, followed by a cruise around the Isle of the Dead. Visit the spectacular natural coastal formations of Tasman's Arch, Devil's Kitchen and the Blowhole.

Day 4 Mon: Depart Hobart

Your tour concludes after breakfast this morning. You will be transferred to Hobart Airport to connect with your onward flight (flights to depart anytime). (B)
