with an Adventure Option. While you don't have to be an Olympic

From Hobart, take the Bruny Island Adventure Cruise, a high-speedboat
that whips along the coast, taking in rock formations and wildlife.
At Freycinet, go paddling on a sea kayak with guides and slowly
explore the pristine beaches and secluded coves. Or head off
