Day 1: Ayers Rock Resort
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport we transfer
you to your hotel at Ayers Rock Resort. This
afternoon is available for you to explore Uluru
- Kata Tjuta National Park . You may
wish to book one of the Touring Passes featured
on the next page (own expense).
Accommodation: Ayers Rock Resort - choice of
accommodation, 2 nights.
Day 2: Ayers Rock Resort
A whole day at your leisure to continue with
touring or activities (own expense) in and around
the Uluru - Kata Tjuta National
Park and Ayers Rock Resort.
Day 3: Kings Canyon
Free morning before travelling to Kings Canyon
in the afternoon.
Accommodation: Kings Canyon Resort - Deluxe
(YAØ6S), Standard & First Class (YAØ6C).
Day 4: Kings Canyon - Alice Springs
This morning commence the 3 hour guided walk
around the canyon, where you will be rewarded
with marvellous views of Watarrka National Park
(for those with a good level of fitness). Alternatively,
take the easier 1.5 hour walk along the boulder-strewn
canyon floor.
In the afternoon travel to Alice Springs .

Day 5: Alice Springs
Today is available for you to book a tour to
Palm Valley or the West MacDonnell Ranges (own
expense).
Day 6: Alice Springs
Today you may like to book a morning Aboriginal
Cultural tour (own expense).
Note: During the hotter months,
the Kings Canyon rim climb may not be available.
Alternative touring including guided walks at
Kathleen Springs and along the Kings Canyon
creek-bed floor may apply.
